Sweet Potatoes are Yummy!

I have been trying to tell mommy for weeks now that I am ready to eat big people food! I guess she finally got the hint, or just sick of me grabbing her food, that she fed me real people food! Although, I don't remember mommy eating orange food out of jars... Is it yummy or gross, I can't decide...yummy or gross??

Easter

We celebrated my first Easter with Grandma Bevie and Grandpa Larry coming to town and a fabulous brunch (that I slept through, standard). Next year mommy says I can hunt for eggs, so at one years old I have to start hunting for my meals? I just don't get it...

Mommy's 29th (to the second power) Birthday

While in Arizona (see Spring Training post) we celebrated mommy's 2nd 29th birthday. We had a great day of shopping with the girls (mommy, nana and Aunt Keely) while the boys went to another chilly spring training game. Mommy got some presents and I got none :(

Mommy woke me up and pinced me because I wasn't wearing green - whose fault is that lady?!?She apologized by reading me a nice story.

Here we are out by the pool at Uncle Steve's house, all dressed up for my first nice dinner out. From what I hear the steak was fantastic and mommy says the wine was "delish"!

I felt left out of dinner, since I slept through most of it, that I decided to wake up and make mommy feed me at the fancy restaurant while she ate her yummy chocolate cake. Um, mommy...if the wine was "delish" as you say, shouldn't you not be feeding me?? Oh well, the chocolate cake was worth it.

Spring Training

My tan from Hawaii had faded, so we decided to take a trip with Nana and Papoo to Arizona to visit Uncle Steve and Aunt Keely. I went to my very first baseball game all decked out in my cute Mariners gear (under my jacket, it was FREEZING, I thought Arizona was the desert, and from my vast knowledge, isn't the desert hot?? We had a great time though!

Family pic...I was asleep for the first few innings. Since we left early because it was so cold, I actually only saw 1/2 of an inning, wow baseball is a fast sport, I dont know what my mom was talking about it being so slow.

Pretty Outfits, Toys and Eating

I am ready for spring in this hot little number!
This is my new favorite toy - Sophie Le Giraffe. It is basically a very expensive dog toy. Auggie and Lucy keep trying to take it from me, but I have a tight grip on it.

Mommy and me eat breakfast together every morning. More of mine ends up in one of my chins than in my mouth, but I still think it is a lot of fun to eat like a grown up!

I am doing some part time work for Daddy's company in IT. Okay, not really, but shouldn't I be their spokesmodel?

PEPS Friends

We had a photoshoot at my PEPS group recently, I love going to PEPS meetings mommy and me have the best time!

Okay, by best time, I don't necessarily mean passing out and missing the entire playdate. I was just really tired, it is a lot of work to be so cute and charming all the time.
This was before my cat nap, if you look close you can see that I have a giant frown and seconds later I broke out in tears. No reason at all.

Hawaii - 2008

Well, let me just start off by saying that I LOVED Hawaii, even though I know you will be able to tell once you look at the pictures! Being naked (or in a skimpy swim suit) was so much fun! I really enjoyed getting to hang out with both my mommy and daddy all day. I liked it so much that I never wanted to nap! I also got to hang out with my boyfriend Isaac. We spent a very romantic Valentine's Day together and went on a couple of chaparoned dates with our moms. Things are getting pretty hot and heavy, you will see that in the pictures. I am really hoping to make this a early trip to Hawaii, but mommy and daddy keep talking about a no baby trip...surely they don't mean without me?? I will be a toddler next year anyway...

I am really trying to get into the next years issue of Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. I have sent this picture in and am waiting to hear something. I hope that leg rolls and leg dimples aren't an issue...

Here I am trying to catch a cat nap on mom, she keeps putting me down saying something about Fiona tan line...why wouldn't she want one? Then I can always be with her, even more than I am now!

I love this picture of me and daddy! This is the one morning that I slept in past 6:00am. Daddy and I were both super tired, too much yatzee and bud light the night before.

This picture is documentation of the first time I discovered that I have fingers at the end of my body. Mom says they are called "toes". Now I just have to figure out how to get these extra set of fingers in my mouth...
